The gorilla spots where you will just have to see what happens =)ģ.
If you dip your head under you really do look like your going under water.Ģ. It really feels like your going through a real live swamp. I wish they could send people through every five minutes instead of being rushed.ġ. I didnt like seeing how the other people ahead of us were getting scared and being able to see what they already got scared by. Other than that, you are rushed through the place where you keep catching up with people and then people behind you keep catching up with you. Well I have been looking into this place for a while and I thought it was going to be just the right amount of scary for me. I heard so much hype about this place to went with my fiance and two best friends. So if yo find yourself the time and money to experience this legendary haunt, you should do so, especially if it is the only haunted attraction you visit in any given year.ġ0/24/14. I have always recommended Erebus as a haunt season destination and I do so again. They have everything from the traditional t-shirts and hats, all the way up to shot glasses and decals. The selection of available merchandise greatly exceeds any other haunt I have visited in recent years. They have one board at the entrance and one at the exit for all to see. It is complete with rotating lights, sound, and digital readout. On the lighter side of the attraction, they have added an electronic tally board to keep track of peed pants and chicken outs. Costuming was well chosen and, once again, I must say the actors performed quite effectively. This type of makeup seems best suited to the darker environment of a haunt. The makeup they use is airbrushed by an obviously talented artist. The actors this year did a great job of staying in character and kept the crowd moving forward so as to avoid any slow downs in the action. This scare is the location for the new high tech scare cameras which creates a three dimensional scare pic which can be purchased and then freely shared with friends via email. The introduction of a circus/sideshow themed room complete with a laser lit mirror maze to add to the confusion and a snake charmer that provided quite a scare. This year they took out some of the old and brought in some new and frightfully delightful rooms. I attend Erebus, like many other haunts, every other year so as to be able to experience more changes than if I went every year. The overall theme of the attraction, time travel to various times and dimensions keeps you fully engaged in all there is to experience. Not only do they have the longest haunt I have ever been through, it took us 41 minutes according to my stop watch.
